DescriptionThis undertaking was established in 1869 and was quickly purchased by the Local Board. The works were in Church on the main road to Blackburn and were reconstructed in 1908 and again in 1925-1929. In 1949 it vested in the Blackburn - Accrington Group of the NWGB. There are only five technical drawings in this collection. [1911 - 1928]
