Description	This undertaking was established in 1855 by the Newton-in-Makerfield Improvement Commissioners. The works were in Wargrave Old Road, Earlestown and supplied Newton le Willows and Earlestown. Newton in Makerfield became the Newton le Willows UDC after 1916 ?? and vested in the South Lancashire Group of the NWGB in 1949. There are only three items in this collection including copy title deeds.
