Description	The Barnoldswick Gas and Light Co Ltd was formed by Memorandum of Association in 1888. It supplied the area of the Local Board and Thornton township. In 1893 it was transferred by Act of Parliament to the Barnoldswick Local Board which became Barnoldswick UDC. The gasworks site was on Skipton Road. In 1949 it became part of the Burnley-Colne Group of the NWGB. There is only one item in this collection: a site plan.
