The Gasification of Coal in an Experimental Rummel Double-Shaft Slag-Bath Gasifier
Description
On a purely thernal basis the cheapest fuel is slack coal and one of the more expensive is the diluentrequired to convert liquified petroleum gas into town gas. This is an account of an experiment that was carried out by the Gas Council at Bromley-by-Bow with a view to developing a process to make diluent gas from slack coal.
