Description	View of pipe crossing railway attached to bridge; legend "St Mary's Road Railway Bridge shows the new length of 20in steel main which was lifted into position on Sunday morning 24th August. The portion spanning the track was lifted over in one piece by means of two cranes and the two short-ended pieces lifted over later and then welded on to the longer central span.
